现代药理研究
莱菔子作为传统药食同源中药,现代药理研究主要集中在消化系统调节、呼吸系统保护、心血管功能改善[1-3]、抗肿瘤、抗菌抗炎、代谢调节等多个领域[4-5]。

现代医学中的应用
莱菔子能辅助改善胰岛素抵抗、降低血糖,保护糖尿病心肌损伤、肾脏损伤等并发症[1],辅助降低体重、调节血脂,预防动脉粥样硬化[2]。辅助降压(尤其适用于轻中度高血压,可与常规降压药协同作用)[3],可保护缺血再灌注心肌损伤、抑制动脉粥样硬化斑块形成[4]。治疗功能性消化不良、便秘、肠易激综合征(IBS),缓解腹胀、腹痛[5]。
